The purpose of this paper is to search how to write loanwords that is the words of foreign origin and become a Korean Language now. So that have to be distinguished Foreign Language in lots of points of view. According to the Regulation on Hangeul transcription of loanwords, we can not write the loanword down with a fortis. There are a lot of reason that a fortis is prohibited. Nowadays, the art of printing is developed very much because of the advanced computer technology. And Regulations on Hangeul transcription of loanwords is about the transcription not the pronunciation. So It is not necessary for us to prohibit the fortis on Hangeul transcription of loanwords anymore. Each language have a specific character. That is why we have to use a fortis when we transcript of loanwords. Some languages have the tense sound but other languages have not. Some languages can be transcript in Korean but other languages can not. That is the point. Therefore the researcher need to accept the diversity.
