In this study, the researches interviewed 10 trainee teachers on their field teaching practices to examine their experience and difficulties in interacting with the children during the practice programs. The interviews were conducted at least twice with each individual participant using semi-structured questions and open-end questions, over the period from June to October 2016. The findings of this study were as follows; First, during the practice program, the interaction experiences of the trainee teachers were composed of the interactions, such as the moderating conflicts between children, widening the ideas of the children, helping the children follow the rules, following up with the reaction of the children, and paying attention to the small details of the children. Second, the interactions experienced during the practice programs between the trainee teachers and the children were the interactions of getting familiar with the children, understanding the reactions of the children, and helping the children with their games. On the other hand, the trainee teachers turned out to experience difficulties when there were discrepancies with the homeroom teachers in terms of the student life guidance, mediate between children in conflicts, had insufficient time with the children, and they did not know what they teacher should say in the situation.
