This research aims to seek alternatives for travel agents to invigorate their knowledge sharing as a strategy to enhance employees’ organizational commitment, and ultimately to improve business performance. A sample of 228 people who work for travel agents which have already had a knowledge management system was obtained through a con- venience sampling. The result indicates that precedence factors affecting knowledge sharing are classified into the trust, open communication, education and training, evaluation and compensation, and a leadership and support of top management zone. In addition, these factors are classified as a single dimension to knowledge sharing, employee's loyalty, and business performance. According to the Regression analysis, factors affecting knowledge sharing of travel in- dustry are the leadership and support of the top management, trust, evaluation and compensation. This research showed that knowledge sharing has a positive impact on em- ployee' loyalty and business performance.
