척-스트라우스 증후군은 스테로이드 및 면역억제 치료로적절하게 치료하지 않을 경우 예후가 좋지 않고 임상적 관해에 도달하기 어려운 질환이다. 본 증례 환자의 경우 항호중구성 항체 음성 혈관염의 척-스트라우스 증후군으로 스테로이드 및 cyclophosphamide 치료를 시행하였고 임상증상이호전된 증례이다. 따라서 척-스트라우스 증후군이라는 질병을 잘 이해하고 진단하여 치료하는 것은 환자의 예후 및 경과에 중요한 역할을 한다.
