The purpose of this study was to compared the changes of Stress Hormone according to Aerobic Exercise for female university students on menstrual cycle. Stress Hormone measured 4 times(before the exercise , after the exercise) on menstruation phase and luteal phase. The subjects consisted of Group(n=20) that blood measured before and after the exercise for menstrual phase(start menstrual within 24 hours) and luteal phase(after 15-17days at the end menstrual). Group A(n=10) was exercise 3 times a week and Group B was no exercise group. Aerobic exercise was performed for 2-days(menstruation phase and luteal phase) and exercise intensity was 60% of HRmax. Exercise was performed during 40min for two days. Epinephrine was statistically changed in groups on menstruation phase and luteal phase(p<.05). Norepinephrine was no changed in groups on menstruation phase and luteal phase in first-day. But statistically changed in groups on menstruation phase and luteal phase in second-day. Cortisol was statistically changed in groups on menstruation phase and luteal phase. ACTH was statistically changed in groups on menstruation phase and luteal phase before and after exercise. In conclusion, aerobic exercise stress on menstrual phase for women. Therefore regular aerobic Exercise effects Stress Hormone on menstrual cycle.
