This study tested a relationship among multicultural experience, teacher support and self efficacy that had an effect on the youth's multicultural acceptance by using a structural equation model. Data collected for 475 male and female students in the first to third year of 4 junior high schools in Gyeongnam province were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. The results of study are summarized as follows. According to the result of goodness of fit test for research model, the test showed that the structural model fitted data well. It was shown that multicultural experience had a positive effect on self efficacy and teacher support also had a positive effect on self efficacy, on multicultural acceptance, the test showed that multicultural experience, teacher support and self efficacy had a direct effect on multicultural acceptance. It was shown that multicultural experience and teacher support had a positive indirect effect on multicultural acceptance through the mediation of self efficacy. Through the results of study openness to accept and value the multiculture at school and educational effort to change self efficacy increasing the expectation for students themselves is required for increasing the youth's multicultural acceptance. And it is necessary to make students have an opportunity to accept multicultural society through diverse multicultural experience, teacher support and so on.
