This study is basic research for the training of convergence dance educators, which aims to structure an education model for the training of convergence dance educators by first, understanding the concept and characteristics of convergence dance educators, second, exploring capabilities that they should have(Convergence Phenomenon Understanding Capacity, Convergence Problem Solving Capacity, Convergence Attitude Capacity), and third, presenting the contents of the syllabus to improve the capabilities through the methods of literature analysis and qualitative analysis of the in-depth interviews with 20 field dance educators.
