Since the 2000s, when the Internet culture of full-fledged flowered, the proportion of 1020 generation participating in feminism in the online square has increased and the form and agenda of the feminist movement are now changing. This study starts from the question about how the female population of 1020 generation who has been emerging in the center of the new women’s movement in the digital era. In particular, this study answers this question by exploring how The Movement of ‘tal-corsets’, representative of the online feminist movement, has become a major and popular feminist agenda for these generations. This study focuses on examining the movement of ‘tal-corsets’ and its subjects in relation to the cultures and experiences of individuals since the birth of digital media, neoliberalism and post-feminist ethos. For the female population of 1020 generation, the Tal-Corset movement is not only about "appearance," but rather "equal competition." And the fact that they are the generation that has to enter institutional competition and find jobs is related to why the Tal-Corset movement is such an important feminist agenda today.
