The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between satisfaction in school life and satisfaction in school sports club activities so as to analyze the value and role of the school sports club in a broader attempt to provide meaningful basic data on the improvement of the students’ overall levels of satisfaction in their school life. To that end, 368 pools of data were collected through selecting the representative samples from the population - middle school students participating in the school sports club. In addition, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed using PASW / PC 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. In order to compare the relative effects of the satisfaction sub-factors, path coefficients were compared in relation to the difference between the non-constrained model and the equally constrained model. According to the findings of the study, first, it was found that the levels of satisfaction in the program in addition to the improved health experienced through the school sports club activities has a significant effect on the levels of satisfaction in school life. Second, it was also found that, among the sub-factors affecting the students’ levels of satisfaction in participation in school life, the effects of the satisfaction gained from an improved health is statistically significantly higher than that of the satisfaction in the program itself.
