With the fierce competition in the market economy and the transformation, reorganization and merger of enterprises, it brings many problems to the enterprise, and all leaders in the enterprise pay attention to the organizational ethical climate of the enterprise and the moral values of the employees in order that the enterprises survive and develop, therefore the ethical leadership has emerged. And the employee creativity is the core power of enterprise competition and the foundation of the survival and development of enterprises in the incentive competition. This paper researches on the relationship between the ethical leadership and employee creativity, specifically the paper analizing the mediated effect of knowledge sharing, and the regulation effect of organizational ethical climate, finally explore the effect of the ethical leadership to employee creativity. Therefore, the result shows that the four dimensions of ethical leadership have different effects on employee creativity, and the collective motivation dimension of ethical leadership has a significant impact on employee creativity. The intermediary role of the knowledge sharing between ethical leadership and knowledge sharing shows that knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on employee creativity. Knowledge sharing is used as an independent variable, it has a significant positive correlation with the care orientation organizational ethic climate, and the others effect is not very obvious. Among them, the interaction between altruism and care orientation has a very significant correlation to knowledge sharing. The intermediary role organizational ethic climate interacting ethical leadership, knowledge sharing is a complete intermediary between collective motivation and encouragement of ethical leadership between organizational ethic climate and employee creativity.
