In this study, residential satisfaction of permanent rental housing residents was investigated in order to obtain data to help improve the quality of life of permanent rental housing residents. A total of 73 copies of the survey were used between September 21 and October 20, 2019 for the survey using questionnaires. The results are as follows. : 1) The person surveyed feels a little lonely(2.71%), has a close neighbor(75.3%), and regularly communicates with his or her children or family(59.0%). 2) Most of the activities in the community, such as religious activities, activities in the complex, community service activities, and cultural programs operated by welfare centers in the complex or community centers are not involved. 3) Overall housing costs were assessed to be slightly higher at 2.76, followed by administration cost(2.58) - rent(2.82) - deposit(3.00). 4) Of the satisfaction level for permanent rental housing, the overall satisfaction level for the interior of the house was 3.29, the overall satisfaction level for the facility was 3.38, and the overall satisfaction level for the location conditions of the complex was 3.38, which was slightly above the normal level.
