The study was based on self-owned households that were sensitive to changes in housing prices and the purpose of the study is to identify the impact of household characteristics on consumption expenditure in the downward trend and upward trend of housing prices As a result, it was confirmed that there were differences in consumption expenditure due to changes in housing prices, and that household characteristics affected detailed consumption expenditure differently.
This affects detailed consumption expenditure on income, age of household owners, number of household members, and number of children, even if their own households are affected the housing wealth effects by changes in housing prices. As a result, other effects on consumption expenditure were identified.
The downward trend and upward trend of housing prices have been found to have different impacts on the total consumption expenditure and the detailed consumption expenditure items of self-owned households, and the detailed consumption expenditure accordingly has been applied differently depending on household characteristics.
