The structure and characteristics of the university community that create violence and human rights violations in the university and make it difficult to respond to the demands and movements of university members to prepare for the implementation of human rights in the university before and after the 2018 #Metoo M ovement. I n this r ega rd, it i s necessa ry to examine the p rocedural principles of the government, response policies, agencies, and problem-solving processes, and seek directions for improvement. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the violence and human rights violation in the university and to identify the specific relationships, situations, and other characteristics of the community, and to specify the issues of intervention to solve community problems.
What is needed is to understand the nature and vulnerability of the university community and the nature and vulnerability of the victims, rather than identifying the frequency and nature of individual incidents such as violence and sexual harassment. This study examines the characteristics of the majors that reproduce human rights violations by correlating the violence and human rights violations between professors and students and the effects on student-student violence. It is necessa ry to ana lyze how i t a ffects the occurrence and type o f the violence and human rights violation in university campus. These factors can also be understood through the process of resolving violence and human rights violations. By ana lyzing the factors that cause the consequences of leaving the community, we can identify the structure that maintains violence and human rights violations in university campus. In addition, through an in-depth analysis of the process of resolving violence and human rights violations within the university, the institutional, human and structural limitations that prevent obstacles to solving violence a nd h uma n rights v iola tions in t he university community will be addressed. It will be possible to explore the direction and specific measures for countering violence and human rights violations.
Under the recognition of these problems, this study analyzes social conditions that are favorable to human rights violations through the investigation of actual conditions on violence and human rights violations in universities, and based on empirical studies on the relief situation in case of damages. I would like to propose a systematic improvement plan for concrete procedures for human rights violations and changes in the culture of violence in university campus.
