The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of the physical fitness test of female police officers in the recruitment of police officers. The following improvement points were presented after studying the problems of the women’s physical strength test. First, it was suggested that the issue of gender equality in the women’s fitness test would have a favorable impact on the male acceptance rate. Second, the need to raise the standard for female police officers’ physical fitness tests is significantly different between male and female police officers, with the highest score in each sport being 50 percent that of men. There is a difference between men and women in push-ups.Third, it is necessary to develop physical fitness test items that are close to job performance. It was suggested that the implementation of non-conforming physical tests, which lack job relevance, could be problematic in itself in dealing with unforeseen contingencies of offenders on the actual security scene after the appointment of police officers, and in arresting criminals. Fourth, the question of legal action against male and female in physical fitness test.
In the West, including the United States and the United Kingdom, both men’s and women’s physical fitness tests were conducted, which led to a number of legal lawsuits. The police force needs supplementary measures.
