The purpose of this study was to analyze the Structural Relationships on Marine sports Resort Customers’ Wellbeing Lifestyle and perceived Value and Purchasing Intention. For this purpose, a survey was conducted 321 users of marine sports resort. The data were treated with the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. As a result, the following conclusion were drawn. First, research model about Wellbeing lifestyle factors, perceived value and purchasing intention in marine sports resort customers suit research’s purpose. Second, wellbeing lifestyles factors, perceived value and purchasing intention in marine sports resort customers are related to each other. Truth, wellbeing lifestyles factors influence on the perceived value and purchasing intention positively. The more perceived value is, the more positive purchasing intention is changed. Third, perceived value of marine sports facilitates wellbeing lifestyles factors to have an effect on exercise continuance. So the route model set up for this study is appropriate to develop researches on the samples. These results were discussed based on previous literature and theory. This study could be of value in developing market strategies for marine sports sensitive to well-being trends.
