One of the important technological innovations in the 4th Industrial Revolution is the block chain. Currently, the construction of block chain system for real estate transactions is being discussed in the construction of block chain system. It is a technical discussion to introduce a block chain system to apply real estate transactions and register real estate. It is necessary to discuss the amendment of the Civil Law and the Real Estate Registration Act when the block chain system is linked to the real estate registration. In the case of civil law, it is necessary to convert to a catering contract for real estate sales contracts. In the case of real estate registration technique, it is necessary to discuss the factors of real estate registration based on the real estate registration office. In case of real estate registration Act, it is necessary to discuss the revision of the elements based on the real estate registration office. In detail, first, the problem of existence of real estate registration office, second, when block chain is built up, it is necessary to automatically write documents related to simple registration, and third, legal review on the use of mobile devices in connection with block chain real estate registration. However, legal improvement discussions should be phased in accordance with the stage where the block chain system is linked to real estate registration. And according to these stages, it should be the most effective legal improvement.
