For the data analysis, PASW program 18.0 program was used to perform an independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. Result: First, regarding the differences in the perception of students’ behavior problems of special education teachers according to background variables, differences were found between groups by the teacher’s gender. Second, regarding the difference in the level of burnout of special education teachers according to background variables, differences were found between groups according to the teacher"s gender, special education experiences, and school levels. Third, a positive correlation was found between the total perception of students’ behavior problems and burnout.
