The purpose of this study is to provide empirical data for research on Taekwondo management performance by analyzing the structural relationship between the personality characteristics of Taekwondo instructors, emotional intelligence, emotional labor, and management performance. To this end, a survey was conducted on Taekwondo instructors currently working at Taekwondo. 590 questionnaires were distributed using the convenient sampling method, 534 copies were used as final data, and analyzed using SPSS 25.0 ver and AMOS 24.0 ver programs, and the results are as follows. Neurosis is negative (-), openness, sincerity, and affinity are positively significant to self-emotional understanding, and sincerity, affinity, and openness are static in other emotional understanding, neurosis, sincerity, and openness are statically in emotional regulation. Extroversion, openness, sincerity, and affinity were positively significant for emotional use, neurosis was positive for superficial and inner behavior, and sincerity was negatively significant, and extraversion, sincerity, and affinity were positive for management performance. Significantly, emotional utilization was positively significant in superficial behavior, self-sensibility, emotional utilization, and others emotionally understood positively in inner behavior, and emotional utilization and self-emotional analysis were positively significant in management performance. Inner behavior was positively significant in management performance.
In Taekwondo-related institutions, education that can help improve the personality characteristics, emotional intelligence, and emotional labor of the leader is provided, and the capacity is enhanced by recognizing individual characteristics. Prepare a management plan.
