The study is conducted by senior citizens aged 65 and over who requires to use a gym. Based on the age of the elderly, the differences in satisfaction are verified, the frequency requirements of participating in the operation are analyzed at the same time, and proposed programs which the fitness club can provide convenient for the elderly. Investigate and grasp the definition of elderly people and degree of preference for gyms for the elderly. Sports investment scale. The body"s self-perception scale and self-esteem scale are analyzed first to prepare the mentality of the elderly. Analyze the usability of the elderly. Characteristics and spatial characteristics improvement direction. This research is an input scale of sports objects that can directly reflect the requirements of the elderly. Psychology of the elderly is analyzed by the measure of the body"s self-awareness and self-respect. The purpose is to grasp the status related to physiology and exercise, and to prompt the improvement direction of the fitness club and the necessity of the elderly to use the space of the fitness club by user surveys. As the elderly getting older and need more and more exercise, due to physical problems, exercise intensity is not high, the design direction for the elderly fitness club should be based on low exercise intensity sports equipment. For the sake of mental consideration of the elderly, it is recommended that the multi-space structure of the fitness club be considered more about the elderly.
