This study aims to determine the level of information on green building certification provided for consumers, by identifying the contents of the green building certification assessment disclosed for the selected apartment houses in China. The research method adopted the literature survey method, and the step-by-step contents and methods are as follows. First, the items of green building certification evaluation in China were identified, then these items were set from the consumers’ perspective, compared to Korean evaluation items that completed the system before. Second, based on the evaluation items previously set, 6 cases of green building certified apartments in China were selected and the released contents on the websites were analyzed. The results are, 1)Information related to accessibility and barrier-free consideration, providing user manual for building management or information related to certification, specific method of place ecology and landscape items were added. In addition, additional points related to improvement and innovation have been added to participate in the design of green architecture experts and evaluation contents of planning design review were added. 2)Information disclosed on the certified apartment website includes, ①health and comfort, ②convenience of life, ③resource saving, ④environment and appropriate housing, and ⑤improvement and innovation. Therefore, the website information should be improved in sustainability, management, and material use.
