With AI-type robots at the forefront, the modern human society has begun the fourth industrial revolution such as the commercialization of autonomous driving vehicles, a combination of Internet of Things technology and AI technology. In particular, artificial intelligence robots, which are the children of the fourth industry, are driving the development and evolution of innovative technology in the future that was possible in the imagination by having functions such as learning, reasoning, perceptual skills, understanding and reasoning, and computer systems that have been monopolized only by humans. As the use of artificial intelligence technology is approaching, there has never been a precedent in the history of culture and humanities where no law has been judged and driven, or where a robot doctor diagnoses and houses a patient"s disease. Even if we agree on the principles formed by the existing social consensus on the current level of "medical" artificial intelligence, the current legal system will not effectively cope with the social ripple effects of AI robots, which will be comparable to those of the coming. AI and robot technologies have already entered commercialization stage in industries (self-driving cars) and medical fields (surgical robots). Therefore, the headquarters should focus on the need to find ways to improve and respond to the general theory of criminal law, including the identity of crime, criminal responsibility, imputation, and execution of AI robots in the areas of criminal law, among the various legal issues related to the use of artificial intelligence on full-scale and extra dimensions, and to prepare for crimes that will occur due to AI robots in the future.
