The purpose of this study is to organize systematic and detailed opinions about the factors that customers feel about hotel choices, the relationship between hotel brand loyalty and hotel brand loyalty, and the relationship between hotel brand loyalty and hotel revisits. Eleven interviewees answered the interview questions in the study, which were: Customers who visit hotels for vacation purposes do not simply choose hotels for one reason, but rather choose to meet complex reasons. It turns out that customers who are satisfied with the hotel selectivity factor have a strong affinity for the hotel brand and are strongly connected to loyalty. In addition, customers who are more loyal to a particular hotel brand have been found to have a high percentage of revisiting the hotel in the future. Furthermore, customers who spend their vacation at hotels are most importantly aware of wanting to rest in a comfortable atmosphere. In other words, the hotel"s executives have to invest in creating convenient facilities and a comfortable atmosphere because hotel customers are found to hate being disturbed the most. Also, hotel guests have been shown to prefer convenient access to a variety of services, such as large parking lots and room services, so they need to be checked and reflected in hotel management at all times. The results of this study are significant in providing more practical implications for the management of hotels that seek to attract the Hocance more actively.
