This study was apprehended through literature analysis method from the perspective of performing the process of integration into martial arts, a body culture, focusing on Confucian, Buddhist, and Taoist ideas, which are representative religions in the East. In conclusion, the philosophical ideas of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism were the background of the Oriental Buddhist Islands. Looking at the ultimate phenomenon of pursuit, Confucianism was pursuing human intrinsic values in human interrelationships, and Buddhism sought to internalize the deep inner psychology of its followers. Taoism focuses on the concepts of life, curing, and energy. The relationship between Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism was considered to be a mathematical relationship that influenced each other in the process of creation and the organization of these relationships resulted in the act of performance. Performance provided an ideological significance to martial arts through the reception of Confucianism, the practice ib-jung of Buddhism, and the microcosmic self-realization of Jang saeng Guido which Taoism pursues. Therefore, practicing martial arts means that one should enter the essence of one"s inner self-experience through physical education, which is commonly emphasized by Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. The transformation from the tacit knowledge system to the explicit knowledge in the Eastern martial arts has been made through communication with the knowledge base of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism, and this tradition has been of primary concern with the unification of the body and mind. And implementing the right humanity based on the moral consciousness originating from the traditional idea of the principle of mind and body has led the trend of Oriental thought.
