This study verified the effect of the content quality of the YouTube Mukbang channel on viewer satisfaction, and examined the moderating effect of the viewer"s lifestyle between the content quality of the YouTube Mukbang channel and viewer satisfaction. The survey was conducted from May 10, 2021 to May 28, 2021, to consumers who have watched the YouTube Mukbang channel. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that content quality had a significant moderating effect between viewer satisfaction and value, fidelity, and timeliness. Second, dietary lifestyle had a moderating effect on the influence relationship between value and satisfaction. In addition, health-seeking type among the quality of contents showed a moderating effect between value and viewing satisfaction. In addition, the food consumption lifestyles was found to have a modecoating effect between value, sufficiency, and viewing satisfaction. Next, the convenience-seeking type showed a moderating effect between timeliness and viewing satisfaction. Lastly, the food exploration type had a moderating effect on the relationship between the value and sufficiency of the content quality of the YouTube Mukbang channel on the effect of viewing satisfaction. Based on these results, this study will provide useful data for constructing customized marketing strategies for each customer for Mukbang channel viewers.
