High-barrier materials are important not only in food packaging but also in various industrial fields. Recently, studies on eco-friendly packaging materials have been actively conducted. The problem with biopolymer-based materials so far is that even if they have excellent initial barrier properties, their functions become unstable when exposed to high humidity or temperature.
