This study aimed to examine the relationship of bicultural attitude, career decision-making and perceived career barriers among multicultural adolescents, and to verify the moderating effect of maternal career-related behavior on these relationships. Data from the 7th wave of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study(MAPS) in which 743 adolescents with immigrant mothers participated were analyzed. SPSS and the PROCESS macro programs were used to analyze relations between variables, and to verify mediating effects and moderated mediation. The results of this study were as follows. First, bicultural attitude did not directly influence career decision-making among multicultural adolescents. Second, the mediating effect of perceived career barriers on the relation between bicultural attitude and career decision-making was statistically significant. Third, it was identified that maternal career-related behavior moderated the relation between bicultural attitude and career decision-making among multicultural adolescents. Fourth, maternal career-related behavior moderated a mediating effect of perceived career barriers on the relation between bicultural attitude and career decision-making. Based on these results, the study suggested a supporting strategy for career development of multicultural adolescents, and the reinforcement of immigrant mother's competency on career guide.
