Background The research is focused on the user scenarios in the connected car is based on the IoT via studying on Korean car manufacturers’ holding technologies and cultural, social & environmental factors. Methods This research deducted the user scenario first drafts are reflected to ‘clustered IoT archetypes to various connect patterns and methods’ and categorized to types of using environments (public & individual using environment) and user groups. Through the draft scenarios, the author completed the user scenarios that more realistic to apply current technologies and converting to visualized. Results This research has five research method phases to be more logical and systemic research result. Via these research method, the research has these significant meanings i)the research reflected to local and cultural features, ii)each scenario is adopted to current holding technologies to be more realistic and iii) the scenario is considered to user and environment together. Conclusion The research may influence to develop the direction of Korean style connected car. In conclusion, these scenarios proved two implications that firstly IoT, has unlimited connections can be defined to such as an another future HUB in the outside lifestyle rather than only defined to the auto-driving. And secondly, to develop more about this area will consider all circumstances such as mentally stability more comparing to other IoT products.
