Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Education switched from the face-to-face teaching method to the non-face-to-face method for quarantine, causing great confusion not only for instructors but also for learners in the educational field adapting to online classes. Without the aftermath of Corona 19, however, various studies on on-offline teaching methods and their effects are being conducted for adapting to the 4th industrial revolution era. Since art education is completed when learners put what they have learned through theory into practice, the face-to-face teaching has been taken for granted. Even most theory classes for practice have been taught in the familiar face-to-face mode. Therefore, this sudden demand made not only learners but also instructors vulnerable and helpless. However, as the corona pandemic prolonged, it became inevitable for art practical education to adapt non-face-to-face classes, and measures must be sought to overcome this crisis. As a result of designing and operating a teaching-learning method for arts practical education that applies blended learning that combines online real-time video lectures in addition to project-based learning and flip learning that this researcher has already tried, we attempted to propose a new art practical teaching method. This study is not only about coping with COVID-19, but also the development of a new teaching method of art practical education for entering the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This paper addresses, in addition to the project-based learning and the flip learning that the author has been using, how online real-time video lectures can be blended as a new art practical education method.
