In modern society, online games hold an important position in our daily lives. In particular, it would be safe to say that for teenagers, online games have already become a part of life as a venue for sharing diverse and diverse interests in everyday life and a space for interaction. The recent social problem of the compulsory game shutdown system has led to the abolition of the system in 10 years due to controversy over the legitimacy and effectiveness of the system. However, the optional shutdown system of the "game time selection" remained intact. As a result, there is a growing need to analyze the issue of how effective the selective game shutdown system is than the compulsory game shutdown system in terms of youth"s game culture soundness, social and economic aspects, and to investigate the effectiveness of the game shutdown system. From this point of view, the study has the following research purposes: First, we will study the effects of the game shutdown system on youth game culture and the domestic game industry. Second, we will conduct empirical analysis centered on the research model. Third, through empirical analysis, the government will present policy implications for establishing a healthy youth game culture and revitalizing the domestic game industry. The analysis method will test the validity using a verifiable factor analysis to ensure the internal validity of convergence feasibility. Finally, we will analyze causality between variables.
