New textbooks based on 2015 revised moral education curriculum have been distributed in the field of moral education and the teachers in the field are required to apply ‘Doing Moral’ to their moral education. However, the training materials and teaching & learning materials that have been provided to schools lack enough information on what ‘Doing Moral’ means in detail as well as how to apply it. This is even considered to be a serious problem in the field of elementary school education where the revised moral education curriculum needs to be applied in addition to various subjects. Against this backdrop, this study was carried out to establish the principle of applying ‘Doing Moral’, a concept in the 2015 revised moral education curriculum, through semantic structuring, and to propose specific action plans applicable to the moral education in elementary schools through examples.
