This paper analyzes the relationship between regional industrial structure and regional economic growth in China. The relationship between the regional industrial structure and regional economic growth was studied by estimating the relationship between the real GRDP and the ratio of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd industries for each province. It is analyzed from the data of the last 10 years from 2006 when the 11ㆍ5 plan was started to 2015. In the New Normal Era where the economic growth rate has slowed down, we analyzed the recent data to ascertain the performance of the Chinese government 's balanced regional development policy. As a result, it was found that the 2nd industry has a positive effect on the per capita GRDP growth in the central and western regions where the industrial growth policy was applied as well as the northeastern regions. On the contrary, the ratio of the 1st industry and the 3rd industry have a negative impact on the per capita GRDP growth. However, as can be seen from the speech of the 19th Congress, the Chinese government proposed various policies related to the industrial structure. The problems are expected to be gradually reduced because the Chinese government has plans to increase productivity of 1st and 2nd industries by establishing rural development strategies and strengthening technological competitiveness. Also the Chinese government has a will to reform the financial system in 3rd industry.
