In general, the blind are sensitive in hearing instead of sight and this is related to music talent. They engaged in the field of music with divination and orchestra in traditional era. And many of them are figured in korean and western music, instrumental and voice music. But because of social prejudices, the matter of system, most the blind today can not make a trade of music but find a way to making a living like a massage treatment. So this these look into a musical tradition and significance of the blind musician and seek for solution to make a living themselves in music. Therefore, the traditions of the blind musician are very meaningful. But nowaday their music activity stay in music as a hobby. Now it exceed music activity as a hobby and should lead to make a business. And it needs national system of independent for the blind, exclusion of social prejudice against the blind, their communication with able-bodied. So then, the blind’s musical tradition of our country will lead to the future.
