Purpose: ‘As education is not about speed, but direction, we will prepare for future education by using the COVID-19 situation as an opportunity for a shift in the educational paradigm..’ At the 2nd press conference of the Ministry of Education held on October 5, 2020, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education Yoo Eun-hye made the above statement. As such, the COVID-19 infectious disease, which has been ongoing since 2019, started with online openings and online classes, and is shaking up our educational scene with fundamental questions about the nature of education and the meaning of school. The change in the educational environment brought about by the COVID-19 crisis has made the education actors bewildered, and the magnitude of the impact can be seen through related studies that have been pouring out over the past two years. Physical education is the subject that is experiencing the biggest change in the era of COVID-19, where online remote and offline classes are running concurrently. In PE class, where physical activity is the core, non-face-to-face classes and social distancing policies are no different than a challenge to the subject matter, and the concerns of PE teachers are also deepening in this regard. As if reflecting this, a number of qualitative papers are being published that contain the experiences of elementary school teachers in physical education classes amid COVID-19. However, qualitative research is very difficult to reflect the research results in policy based on a single study due to the low possibility of generalization by targeting a small number of cases (Na Jangham, 2008). Its value can be derived through qualitative meta-analysis that derives accumulated knowledge and new interpretations from the results of existing studies.(Sadelowski Et al., 1997: Zimmer, 2006.). This study aims to provide basic data for physical education that will be changed in the future by examining the experiences of elementary school teachers in the physical education class under the COVID-19 situation and how they overcame and improved them through a qualitative meta-analysis method.
Method: The subjects of this study were selected through a systematic literature review process. The thesis search site used the Korea Education and Research Information Service, the Korean Journal of Citation Index, and the Korea Academic Information Service. The entire list was created after repeated searches by combining keywords such as "COVID-19", "online class", "non-face-to-face class", "interactive class", "COVID-19", and "teacher". In this study, studies were selected for analysis by following the literature selection procedure according to the PRISMA FLOW CHART (Moher, D, et, al., 2009: Jin Yeon-kyung 2018). First, all papers(n=103) collected through database search were examined at the title level. At this stage, studies dealing with subjects other than physical education were excluded(n=32). Second, researches that were not excluded from the primary study were reviewed at the abstract level ^_@span style=color:#999999 ^_# ... ^_@/span^_#^_@a href=javascript:; onclick=onClickReadNode('NODE11030765');fn_statistics('Z354','null','null'); style='color:#999999;font-size:14px;text-decoration:underline;' ^_#전체 초록 보기^_@/a^_#
