The purpose of this study is to compare the determinants of subjective well-being under the COVID-19 experience between MZ, Gen X, and Babyboomers. To address the research question, we implemented a multiple regression analysis by using the data from the "Public Perception of Inequality and Fairness Survey," which was conducted by the Social Science Research Institute at Yonsei University. Among the negative experiences caused by COVID-19, "loss of job" lowered subjective well-being of MZ. On the other hand, in the case of Gen X, factors including "disruption of social relations" decreased subjective well-being. For Baby-boomers, "reduction of income" and "loss of job" mainly decreased subjective well-being. The results imply that the government needs to effectively establish differential strategies across generations to manage their social well-beings
