The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the entrepreneurship spirit of the fitness center management manager, which is the basis of the sports industry, on the employees’ organizational commitment, customer orientation, and even management performance. To this end, 285 people were surveyed using a self-administrated method using a random sampling method, targeting employees of fitness centers located in Gwangju and Jeonnam. Correlation Analysis was performed on the surveyed data, and Multiple Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis: MRA) was performed to verify the influence between the variables of entrepreneurship, organizational commitment, customer orientation, and management performance, and statistical significance level. Was verified at the level of α=.05. First, as for the relationship between business person spirit of administrators and organization immersion of employees in fitness center administrators, the factors such as innovation and danger sensibility had significant effects on emotional immersion and normative immersion statistically. Second, as for the relationship between business person spirit of administrators and customer directivity of employee, the factor of innovation as a business person spirit had a significant effect on service attitude and service will statistically, and the factors such as innovation and danger sensibility as a business person spirit had significant effects on service attitude statistically. Third, as for the relationship between business person spirit of administrators and customer directivity of employee, the factor of innovation as a business person spirit had a significant effect on service attitude and service will statistically, and the factors such as innovation and danger sensibility as a business person spirit had significant effects on service attitude statistically.
