The purpose of this study is to design a reconstruction plan for the old Wolgot Fish Market. The five objectives of the plan include strengthening the connectivity of tourism resources, vitalizing the commercial activities in the Wolgot Fish Market, expanding public cultural facilities, discovering and creating attractive places, and securing economic autonomy for local residents. The Wolgot Fish Market in the reconstruction plan was planned as a cultural facility and a general fish market complex to help revitalize the region by mitigating weaknesses while taking advantage of waterfront spaces and ocean views.
