Currently, we need to think about how to solve problems such as isolation and disconnection through offline activities. To solve this, it is necessary to look into the values that people currently value.
The first is ‘lifestyle’. As living at home, which has become the center of life, increases, activities that improve individual values are becoming more important. Second, it is ‘nature’. The nature, such as rivers, seas, and mountains, that people want to visit the most after the outbreak of Corona, was found to be high at 39%. Therefore, this study plans to design a neighborhood living facility that can simultaneously solve emerging problems and values based on the social background in the corona, and will serve as an example of one of the solutions to cope with the corona virus.
