This study confirmed the correlation between workplace spirituality, childcare commitment, and resilience of childcare teachers and the manner in which resilience affected the relationship between workplace spirituality and the commitment to childcare among childcare teachers. It also aimed to enhance and support childcare teachers’ resilience, develop programs that could promote workplace spirituality and childcare commitment, and provide basic materials for teacher education. A survey of 350 childcare teachers working at daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do was conducted, and a total of 313 copies of data were collected and used for the final analysis. The collected data were processed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 statistical programs, calculating frequency and percentage, Cronbach"s α calculation, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, and the bootstrap method. The workplace spirituality, childcare commitment, and resilience of childcare teachers were closely correlated, showing a positive relationship between all variables. Workplace spirituality had a positive effect on childcare commitment, indicating that the resilience of childcare teachers mediates the relationship between workplace spirituality and childcare commitment. In conclusion, practical educational programs should be quickly prepared and implemented for new awareness education on the workplace spirituality of childcare teachers and performing high-quality childcare tasks.
