The purpose of this study is 1)to figure out what is the most important factor to consider when choosing delivery food, 2) to analyze how these selection attributes affect satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Therefore, restaurant business owners want to present basic guidelines for preventing customer breakaway, retaining customers, and managing the business. The questionnaires were collected from For college students who have experience using food delivered at S university in Jecheon, ChungBuk province. The survey was conducted for about a month from June, 1, 2022, and 230 copies were distributed and 210 copies were used for analysis. The research results are as follows. First, three factors were extracted from delivery food selection attributes, and they appeared as "food quality and hygiene" factors, "marketing" factors, and "additional service" factors. Second, only "food quality and hygiene" factors had a significant effect on satisfaction in the delivery food selection attributes. Therefore, Hypothesis 1 was partially adopted, which states that "College students" delivery food selection attributes will have a significant effect on satisfaction". Third, satisfaction with delivery food selection attributes was found to have a significant effect on loyalty. Therefore, Hypothesis 2, "The satisfaction of college students" delivery food selection attributes will have a significant effect on loyalty" was adopted.
