Purpose : Speech Language pathologist are professional voice users who need to constantly use their voices, which have a great influence on communication since they are direct medium delivering content and information to the patient. This study was intended to study the voice recognition of Speech-Language Pathologist in the clinical field as auditory perception factors. Methods : In this study, a questionnaire was distributed to 72 subjects majoring in speech therapy, and a total of 68 responses were classified based on auditory factors, excluding inappropriate responses. The questionnaire consisted of three basic information questions asking about gender, age, and grade, and one subjective question about the speech therapist’s voice, and was analyzed in terms of pitch, intensity, and sound quality, which are auditory perceptual elements. Results : The results of classifying voice recognition of speech therapists into auditory perceptual factors such as pitch, intensity, and sound quality were as follows. First, the pitch of the auditory perceptual factors was the highest at 25.6%. Second, it was found that voice contains not only auditory perceptual factors but also attitude aspects. Conclusions : It was found that voice contained not only pitch, intensity, and sound quality, but also attitude aspects. However, in this study, there was a limitation in that the sample group was uneven, so in future studies, it will be necessary to supplement this limit and study on voice recognition as a group including non-specialists or clients.
