随着互联网技术与经济社会各领域不断融合，互联网经济已经成为一种新经济形态。但目前学术界还没有统一衡量互联网经济发展水平的标准，本文通过构建互联网经济发展水平的指标体系，测算各省域互联网经济发展水平并分析其在中国经济增长中的贡献。本文从外部创新环境、网络基础设施能力、互联网应用发展水平和相关产业发展效益四个方面构建了互联网经济发展水平的指标体系；再运用熵值法测度2014-2019年中国省域互联网经济发展水平。最后本文把互联网经济发展水平作为一个变量带入柯布—道格拉斯生产函数，进行回归分析，研究其对中国经济增长的影响。研究发现,中国互联网经济发展水平存在着维度差异和区域差异，其中外部创新环境和相关产业发展效益对互联网经济整体发展的影响较大，区域方面呈现出东、中、西部逐渐递减的规律。但不管是全国还是分东、中、西三大地区，互联网经济发展水平都对中国经济增长有着显著的正向效应。综合而言，要通过完善基础设施建设和加强技术创新能力推动互联网经济发展水平的提高，同时正视区域发展不平衡的问题，实现有差异化的区域协同发展。

With the continuous integration of Internet technology and various fields of economy and society, Internet economy has become a new economic form. However, there is no unified standard for measuring the development level of Internet economy in academic fields. This paper establishes an evaluation index system for the development level of Internet economy, measures the development level of the internet economy in level of China, and analyzes the influence of the internet economy on China's economic growth. In this paper, an evaluation index system for the development level of Internet economy was established using 4 indicators such as external innovation environment, network infrastructure capabilities, Internet application development level and the profitability level of related industries. In addition, this paper estimates the development level of the internet economy by region in China during 2014-2019 using the entropy method. Finally, an empirical analysis was conducted on the effect of the Internet economy development level on China's economic growth through the Cobb-Douglas production function model. According to the analysis result, it was found that the external innovation environment and the profitability level of related industries have a great influence on the development level of China's Internet economy. The level of Internet economy development by region was highest in the eastern region, followed by the central region and then the western region. The annual growth rate was the highest in the western region, followed by the central region and the eastern region. According to the results of empirical analysis on the effect of the development level of the Internet economy on economic growth, both the whole of China and each region had a positive (+) effect and showed a high statistical significance level. In summary, China needs to upgrade the development level of the Internet economy by improving its Internet infrastructure and strengthening its technological innovation capabilities.
