The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediation effect of empolyability on relationship among protean career attitude, proactive career behavior and career satisfaction for enterprising subjective career success of office worker. For this purpose, the online survey was conducted to demonstrate the research questions for total of 505 working at the different industry in Korea. The collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and correlation analysis with SPSS program 24. and moderated mediation with Process Macro Model 59. Following are the results of this study. First, proactive career behavior was fully mediated between protean career attitude and career satisfaction. Second, a moderating effect of employability was found on the relationship between proactive career behavior and career satisfaction. Third, employability had a moderated mediating effect among protean career attitude, proactive career behavior and career satisfaction. These result means that career satisfaction of office worker with proactive career behavior was more strongly affected when the empolyability was high. But When the empolyability was row, proactive career behavior could not affected career satisfaction. This study discussd the essential strategies to enhance subjective career success.
