This paper purposed to study about Chuang-Tzu's viewpoint of life and death and to interpret of bioethics. Chuang-Tzu showed that Nature as doing nothing(無爲), and his naturalism includes doing something. Because Chuang-Tzu have thought that life and death is change and fate as destiny. And Chuang-Tzu thought that the change includes not man but everything. So the change characteristics ‘transformation of things’. So in this meaning Chuang-Tzu’s Nature(自然) is indiscrimination. And to communicate with transition of faith, doing nothing(無爲) permit intervention of artificiality. Today’s scientific technique developed surprisingly. So there is some distance between doing nothing and doing something. Mankind’s effort by Biotechnology naturally had accepted already. As a result, Chuang-Tzu concedes doing something for process of reaching master and accepting change, so If we want to stray these limit, we can accept bioethics-technique for return to nature.
