Miro Danoje, which is held on Dano every year, is so old that it is unknown when it begins, and although village ritual has disappeared from most villages in the inland area, almost all villages in the Miro area gather in the Gutdang to participate in it. The fact that Danoje, which is a unit of myeon, is held annually with the active participation of the villagers is a very important example of Dano Gut’s tradition, as it is hard to find examples of Dano Gut in other regions.
