Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to derive implications from the case of station influence youth housing, hope housing, and happy dormitories supplied by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to young people and proposes a direction to improve community facilities when supplying youth housing and public dormitories. The research procedures are as follows. First, the current status of non-appropriate housing was investigated and the projects for the vulnerable housing class in Seoul were analyzed. Second, a case analysis of youth public housing and happy dormitories in Seoul was conducted. Finally, based on this, a direction to improve community facilities was proposed when planning youth public housing and public dormitories in Seoul in the future.
