PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of viewing motivation on viewing satisfaction, reviewing intention, and spectating intention toward China professional soccer viewer. METHOD There were 452 usable questionnaires collected through mobile transmission. RESULT First, time consumption, player interest, relaxation, team interest, social exchange, entertainment, and vicarious achievement had an influence on viewing satisfaction. Second, time consumption, player interest, relaxation, team interest, social exchange, entertainment, and sports aesthetics had an influence on reviewing intention. Third, time consumption, player interest, knowledge acquisition, team interest, and social exchange had an influence on spectating intention. CONCLUSION This study was considered to have provided basic data to predict the consumption behavior of viewers, which was a key factor in the operation of China professional soccer teams.
연구목적 본 연구는 중국프로축구 시청자의 시청동기가 시청만족도, 재시청의도, 관람의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 중국프로축구 시청자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고 452부를 최종자료 분석에 사용하였다. 결과 첫째, 시간소비, 선수관심, 기분전환, 팀관심, 사회교류, 오락추구, 대리성취는 시청만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시간소비, 선수관심, 기분전환, 팀관심, 사회교류, 오락추구, 스포츠미학은 재시청의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시간소비, 선수관심, 지식 및 정보습득, 팀관심, 사회교류는 관람의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 중국프로축구 구단의 운영 측면의 핵심요인인 시청자의 소비행동을 예측할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다고 사료된다.
