The purpose of this study is to elucidate the structural relationships between motivation, social support, learning outcomes, and quality of life among adults in Henan Province, China. Explore factors that influence quality of life for adult learners to help improve quality of life. This study conducted an online survey on adult learners in Henan Province, China, and used SPSS 27.0 and Amos 27.0 to statistically process 899 valid questionnaires. Research results, first, through structural model analysis, the standardized path coefficient of motivation and social support for Chinese adult lifelong learners to participate in lifelong learning is .665 (p<.001), which has a significant impact on positive (+), lifelong learning The path coefficient between participation motivation and quality of life is .144 (p<.001), and the standardized path coefficient between lifelong learning participation motivation and learning outcomes is .275 (p<.001). In addition, the standardized path coefficient of social support and quality of life is .323 (p<.001), and the standardized path coefficient of social support and learning outcomes is. The result is .539 (p<.001). The standardized path coefficient for learning outcomes and quality of life is .392 (p<.001). The motivation to participate in lifelong learning has a positive impact on social support and quality of life, the motivation to participate in lifelong learning has a positive impact on learning outcomes and quality of life, and the motivation to participate in lifelong learning has a positive impact on quality of life. Second, in the relationship between the motivation of Chinese adult lifelong learners to participate in lifelong learning and the quality of life, in the way of spreading social support and learning results, the direct effect is .285 (p<.001) and the indirect effect is .308 (p <.001), the total effect is .593 (p<. 001). The direct effect and indirect effect are statistically significant as mentioned above. In the relationship between the motivation and quality of life of Chinese lifelong learners to participate in lifelong learning, social support and learning outcomes have a dual media effect. For learners, the motivation to participate in learning increases social support gives learners feedback on success and improves learners’ quality of life. This study requires Chinese adult learners to realize that improving their lives The importance of quality factors and provide policy support for this.
