The purpose of this study is to analyze the expressive areas of the 2022 revised elementary school physical education curriculum according to Bruner"s expressive system. This is to be used as a basis for establishing a system of expressive activities that meets the developmental level of elementary school students and as a resource for teachers to understand how to apply lessons in the area of expressive activities. This study analyzed the expressive area of the 2022 revised curriculum based on Bruner"s theory of representation through a literature review. The results of analyzing the expressive areas of physical education in the 2022 revised curriculum are applied based on "imitation", "abstract", and "rhythmic" physical activities. The results show that, first, according to Bruner"s representation system, physical expressive activities in elementary physical education curriculum can be organized based on the symbolic system. Second, in order to achieve the achievement goals set forth in the curriculum of physical expressive activities, cognitive Third, physical expressive activities in the 2022 revised physical education curriculum require not only scope affiliation but also content affiliation according to the spiral curriculum system. Based on these findings, it is necessary to study various perspectives on the meaning of expressive activities as follows. Second, we suggest the need for teacher education to apply the various representational meanings of bodily expressive activities in the field.
