This study was conducted to find ways to lower the turnover intention of employees in the hotel industry. If a hotel lowers turnover intention, it can develop human resources more efficiently. To this end, a survey was conducted to verify the impact of employees" emotional labor on turnover intention and the mediating effect of job satisfaction in that relationship. The survey was conducted by a research institute from May 2 to May 13, 2024. A total of 252 questionnaires were collected, and 220 questionnaires were empirically analyzed using SPSS 22.0, excluding insincere responses. The results of the study show that emotional labor and turnover intention had a significant influence relationship, and job satisfaction had a partial mediating effect between emotional labor and turnover intention. Based on these research results, academic and practical implications in finding ways to lower turnover intention in corporate culture are presented.
