The purpose of this study is to propose policy tasks to improve the healthy daily life and quality of life of the elderly by conducting a survey of the elderly in Gyeonggi-do, and to draw up policy support measures to contribute to the revitalization of sports for the elderly in the province. The research subjects were conducted on a total of 220 elderly people aged 65 or older in Gyeonggi-do, focusing on four areas (Buchon City, Yongin City, Uijeongbu City, and Suwon City) that are densely populated with senior citizens (locomo Measurement, Survey, In-depth Interview, etc.) As a result, 98% of the total 220 senior citizens were in the first and second stages of locomo. Secondly, a comparative analysis of senior citizen centers and welfare centers showed that senior citizens in welfare centers had higher levels of physical strength than those in senior citizen centers, and that the Locomo level was lower. Specific policy support measures were drawn up to contribute to the vitalization of elderly living sports to improve the healthy daily life and quality of life of senior citizens in Gyeonggi-do as follows. First, it is necessary to raise public awareness of the Locomotive Syndrome in policy. Second, inspection is needed for preemptive prevention. It is necessary to establish a national standard for locomotropic syndromes and judgments to create a simple test method for youth to avoid exposure to motor donation syndrome. Third, the campaign for life cycle health life extension should be disseminated. Fourth, by the elderly, for the elderly, the elderly''s locomotive prevention movement leaders should be nurtured.
